Join the party when some of Dane County's most popular chefs team up with some of Southern Wisconsin's talented brewers, farmers and cheesemakers to serve up mouthwatering mini-burgers and satisfying suds.
Burgers and Brew proudly features locally grown ingredients from Wisconsin farms. Unique burgers will be specially prepared with locally raised meat or vegetables and will feature dynamite flavor combos using handcrafted Wisconsin cheeses. Wash the tasty treats down with locally-brewed beers selected to uniquely compliment each chef's creation.
A variety of burgers, veggie burgers, beers, and root beer will ensure variety and fun for all tastes.
This celebration of local burgers and local brews raises money for REAP Food Group's Buy Fresh Buy Local program. Buy Fresh Buy Local helps Southern Wisconsin restaurants find locally grown food that meets their needs. BFBL also works to help farmers connect to the restaurant market, and consumers connect to the abundance of local food in Southern Wisconsin. Help us grow our food community this summer. Each ticket is redeemable for 3 mini-meals of a burger and beer tasting. Packs of 5 additional beer sample tickets will be available for $10 at the door.

Madison Local features some of Madison’s finest restaurants offering samples of their specialties using local farmer’s ingredients. With locally owned restaurants offering delicious morsels of their dishes made with locally grown ingredients, guests will experience a true taste of place.
With only one ticket you can try each chef's offering. Meet the chef and farmer, learn about how food is grown and prepared. We'll also have a children's area with snacks and activities for little people to learn about food and farmers. |
