Food for Thought Festival 2004

The plaza at the Food for Thought Festival will be filled with booths from over 50 great local organizations.  Here are just some of the folks that will be  hosting tables with information, samples, games, contests, 
and fantastic local food!

Badgerland Produce Co-op Auction - Salsa making demo and samples.

Community Action Coalition Garden Program 

Chicken Coop Group – Information on how to raise urban chickens and how to build a coop.

Culinary History Enthusiasts of Wisconsin (CHEW) – food history quiz, membership drive

Divine Chocolate/SERRV International – Will be selling Fair Trade chocolate.

Family Farm Defenders/UW Info Shop – Selling grilled cheese sandwiches,  t-shirts, buttons, etc.

FH King Students for Sustainable Ag – Demonstrations on how to manage worm bin composters.
