The Forum will be moderated by Larry Meiller of Wisconsin Public Radio  and will feature:

• a University Lecture presented by Eliot Coleman, entitled 
      "Real Meals from Local Fields: Beyond Organic."

• Comments from the Panelists.

• Group Discussion.

• Questions from the Audience.

		Keynote Speaker: Eliot Coleman Eliot Coleman has been a leader in American organic vegetable production and market growing for over 35 years.  His "Four Season Farm" in Harborside ME specializes in extending vegetable production through the winter even in Maine's cold weather climate.   Author of  Four Season Harvest and  The Winter Harvest Manual
