Healthful cooking
doesn't mean following the latest fad diet or doing without. It
doesn't necessarily mean low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar, low-sodium, and
certainly not low-flavor.
Healthful cooking supports the health and wholeness of the people and
systems that produce and consume food. To us, healthful foods are:
~
Fresh
~
Minimally-processed
~
Locally and sustainably produced
~
Flavorful
~ Nutritious
