2005 Recipe Contest
Eating Well, Being Well

Encouraging health in your body, community and environment!

The 2005 Recipe Contest is now closed.

Healthful cooking doesn't mean following the latest fad diet or doing without.  It doesn't necessarily mean low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar, low-sodium, and certainly not low-flavor.

Healthful cooking supports the health and wholeness of the people and systems that produce and consume food.  To us, healthful foods are:

~ Fresh

~ Minimally-processed

~ Locally and sustainably produced

~ Flavorful

~ Nutritious
