		• University Lecture presented by Alice Waters titled, “Nourishing the Future: Food, Schools and Our Children” (40 min)
		• Comments from panelists (30 min): Betsy Draine, moderator; UW Professor of English, author, and cookbook translator
		Mark Voss, French teacher in the Middleton School District and farmer/owner of Voss Organics

		Jean Feraca, poet, host of WHA radio shows including “All About Food”
		• Discussion with panel (15 min) • Questions from the audience (30 min)
