Festival 2003 Recipe Contest The Bounty in Our Backyard! Here in the heartland, fresh, delicious food is closer than you think...it’s in our gardens, at the farmers’ market and in the wild. We’re looking for recipes that feature regional produce and products. Grand

Entry Categories: Vegetables: From asparagus to zucchini, let your recipes say “fresh!” Fresh Herbs and/or Edible Flowers: Make your dishes sparkle with flavor and color. Fruits: Ripe and ready, from the garden or the orchard. Wild Foods: Ramps, wild rice, morels, hickory nuts, fiddleheads, fish, game... the bounty is all around. International Dishes: Use plants, products and recipes with ethnic flavor. Kids Category: Under
