We are a certified organic dairy farm, processing our milk on the farm into vat-pasteurized, non-homogenized milks, butter, ice cream, cheese curds and yogurts. To ensure top quality, we control all aspects of our product, from the growing of the crops that our cows eat to the processing right on the farm. We primarily package our milk in glass bottles but are currently working on also packaging in individual plastic containers and bags for milk machines in order to better serve food service institutions.
