Our little homestead, snuggled into rolling farmland 40 minutes southwest of Madison, supports a diverse community of animal and vegetable lives connected in a circle of nurture. On these 20 acres of woods, grass and crops, we pasture the animals, they feed the soil, the soil feeds the vegetables and we provide customers with healthy pork, beef, lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, duck, wool and CSA produce shares.

Donna’s Organic Gardens, LLC, is located 10 miles west of Hartford or 1 mile east of Hustisford on Hwy 60. The farm is south of Hwy 60 on Hwy EE. Sales are at both locations. I am certified organic with Global Organic Alliance and pasture-raise Piedmontese beef, chicken, turkey and lamb. I also have eggs, strawberries, raspberries and potatoes. Available year-round is wild Alaska salmon and purebred Icelandic wool. Gourds are available for crafts.

Dreamfarm has the pleasure of milking goats morning and evening to create cheese on its small family farm. Artisan cheese maker Diana Murphy handcrafts cheese two to three times a week. Laying hens of various breeds produce colorful eggs. Jacob sheep, beef and hogs add to our diversity. Our animals are free to roam their pastures all year.
