Blue Valley Gardens is a certified organic fruit and vegetable farm located 30 miles west of Madison on the edge of the driftless region of southwestern Wisconsin. At Krause Family Farms our beef and hogs are naturally raised. We participate in the Certified Angus Beef Program. Locally processed and state inspected, the meat is sold as halves and quarters only. Each spring we make maple syrup. The syrup is bottled in glass and plastic in a number of different sizes. We also grow natural-shaded ginseng in our farm woods.
