Certified Organic Blue Valley Gardens We are a certified organic fruit and vegetable farm. We also raise pasture chickens, ducks and turkeys. Farming has been a wonderful experience and we truly enjoy providing fresh produce and meats to our friends and customers. Crystal Ball Farms We are a certified organic dairy farm, processing our milk on the farm into vat-pasteurized, non-homogenized milks, butter, ice cream, cheese curds and yogurts. To ensure top quality, we control all aspects of our product, from the growing of the crops that our cows eat to the processing right on the farm. We primarily package our milk in glass bottles but are currently working on also packaging in individual plastic containers and bags for milk machines in order to better serve food service institutions. Donna’s Organic Gardens, LLC Donna’s Organic Gardens, LLC, is located 10 miles west of Hartford or 1 mile east of Hustisford on Hwy 60. The farm is south of Hwy 60 on Hwy EE. Sales are at both the gray house and gray barn locations. I am certified organic with Global Organic Alliance and pasture-raise Piedmontese beef, chicken, turkey and lamb. I also have eggs, strawberries, raspberries and potatoes. Available year-round is wild Alaska salmon and purebred Icelandic wool. Gourds are available for crafts. Driftless Organics Driftless Organics is a certified organic vegetable and fruit farm, nestled in the hill and valley region of northern Crawford County. Our specialty is potatoes but in the past few years we’ve diversified and expanded to include a wide array of fruits and vegetables. All in all, we have roughly 40 acres under cultivation. Our product line can be seen at local food co-ops in Madison and the Twin Cities. We now offer a 19-week CSA with pick-up sites in Madison and Viroqua! In addition to grains and hay, we grow a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. Favorites include asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, sweet corn, raspberries, kohlrabi and onions. We sell our products at the Sun Prairie, Monona and Madison Eastside farmers’ markets. Special orders for produce, chicken and eggs can be called in and picked up at the farm by appointment. Call about CSA. Future Fruit Farm Our certified organic family orchard grows unusual varieties of pears and apples. The delicious flavor and quality of our Future Fruit is sought after. Our farm also produces organic pear cider and organic pear and apple butters using our own fruit and home kitchen recipes. You can find our organic fruit and butters at fine stores and restaurants locally and at Madison farmers’ markets. 2008 begins the fifth year of our Future Fruit Farm Organic Fruit CSA. NO FARM VISITS, PLEASE. Good Earth Farms, LLC Our mission is to produce the highest quality organic grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured pork, pasture-raised chicken and turkey at a reasonable price. We believe in the benefits of organic production and raise our animals using only natural methods. Our farm is located between Stevens Point and Marshfield off Hwy 10 near the Village of Blenker in Wood County. Orders can be picked up at the farm or we can ship them directly to your home! Harmony Valley Farm Located in a secluded, spring-fed valley in western Wisconsin, we have been providing the La Crosse-to-Madison area with certified organic produce since 1985. Through sales at the Dane County Farmers’ Market, to 1,000 families in our CSA program, and to retail stores and fine restaurants, we have earned a reputation for especially flavorful, high quality vegetables, fruits and herbs. Keewaydin Farms Keewaydin Farms is a 200-acre organic family farm located at the end of Haucke Lane in Wisconsin’s beautiful hill country. As a family, we are committed to diversity, sustainability and social justice, choosing to produce organic dairy, meats, market vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs. Krusen Grass Farms We are a 240-acre grass farm 4 miles southwest of East Troy in southeastern Wisconsin. Our beef and eggs are certified organic, all-natural, grass-fed and pastured. We do not use confinement, antibiotics or hormones of any kind. Northwood Farm Northwood Farm is a sustainably run, certified organic dairy, beef and crop farm that has been in our family over 100 years. We direct market frozen, dry-aged beef year-round in quarters, bundles or individual cuts. All animals are raised on homegrown forage and pasture. No antibiotics, GMOs or animal byproducts. Otter Creek Organic Farm Otter Creek Organic Farm, located in the rolling hills just south of Spring Green, is an organic farm showcasing the system of mineralized balanced agriculture. The farm’s beef, dairy, pork and poultry are pasture-raised and rotationally grazed on finely tuned mineralized soils. All breeds are selected for taste and quality. Pleasant Hill Market Garden We’re a certified organic farm growing over 200 varieties of vegetables and herbs. Produce is available through our CSA. We also sell to fine restaurants through the Home Grown Wisconsin cooperative. Our specialty potatoes, garlic and onions are available late summer/fall at the Dane County Farmers’ Market. 2008 is our 18th year farming and 16th year offering CSA shares. Sassy Cow Creamery Sassy Cow Creamery is a farmstead dairy built in 2007 by third generation dairy farmers James and Robert Baerwolf and their families. They have conventional and organic dairy herds, located within miles of each other. They bottle milk at their farmstead dairy located 7 miles north of Sun Prairie. Products include whole, 2% and fat-free milk in gallons, half gallons and pints. Chocolate and strawberry milk, as well as cream, are also available. The dairy also crafts ice cream. Products are available at the creamery’s farmstead store, as well as in local stores. Shady Blue Acres Shady Blue Acres certified organic farm produces a colorful assortment of seasonal vegetables, creative canned goods, irresistible eggs, aromatic herbs, pastured poultry and garden transplants. In addition, we make fresh, wholesome baked goods from scratch using organic ingredients. Heritage breed hens lay our eggs and all poultry is free-ranged on pasture. Sweet Earth Organic Farm The farm was first certified organic in 1974 and has been producing organically ever since. The farmer is a woman, a seed saver and heirloom grower, and especially dedicated to the nutrient value and overall energy of the food grown at this farm. Thimmesch’s Long Table Farm Our family raises vegetables, herbs and flowers on our small farm in a thriving Amish neighborhood in beautiful Vernon County. We offer both summer and winter season CSAs, providing delicious, local, organically grown produce year-round. Greens, squash, root crops and preserves are stored using sustainable, old-world techniques.
