Sassy Cow Creamery is a new farmstead dairy built in 2007 by third generation dairy farmers James and Robert Baerwolf and their families. Our love of dairying has led us in establishing two distinct herds: a 400 cow traditional dairy and a 100 cow organic dairy. We bottle the milk from these individual herds separately at our farmstead dairy. Products include whole, 2%, 1%, skim, chocolate and strawberry milk along with ice cream in a variety of flavors.
