Brought to life by local oak, fire and stone, Pizza Brutta is making wood-fired pizzas and salads with organic ingredients. In the spirit of Neapolitan pizza, Chef Derek makes the fresh mozzarella daily from local curd and the dough from regionally produced organic flours. With vegetables and greens from Shooting Star and Harmony Valley, you won’t find a more rustic combination of tradition and local food on pizza. As they like to say at Brutta, “Pizza on a Mission!”
