The 608 Community Supported Kitchen (CSK) is a members-only, subscription, meal-delivery service.  Similar to the Community Supported Agriculture model, members purchase 'shares' that entitle them to a portion of the meals the kitchen prepares each week.  Every week Ben & Kate muse on what is fresh, seasonal, inspiring, and appropriate, and cook up two different meal menus, then deliver shares of those two meals to members. Each week is something of a surprise, and hopefully something to consider. Dues occur at the start of each month and meals are delivered on Tuesdays.
