Wisconsin Homegrown Holiday Fundraiser

product displayStarted in 2005 at two Madison elementary schools, the Wisconsin Homegrown Holiday Fundraiser continues to receive glowing praise from a growing number of participating schools. In 2007, 12 Madison schools collectively raised $14,700. Some of these funds were used to support farm-to-school programming at their schools.

The Wisconsin Homegrown Holiday Fundraiser generates enthusiasm and dollars because:

  • it offers high quality, delicious, and useful products, suitable for your own use or as holiday gifts,
  • supports local farms and businesses, and
  • supports fair trade principles

Wisconsin Homegrown Lunch coordinates this sale for participating schools and also offers an opportunity for anyone not connected with a school to order directly through us. We are expanding again in 2008 and welcome schools outside of Madison to participate!

Click here for a fundraiser overview and instructions for participating schools.

Click here to see the 2007 fundraiser order form and listing of items. The 2008 order forms will be available in August 2008 and will be very similar to last year's.

We encourage you to invite family and co-workers to participate!  There is room for up to 3 people on each order form.  You can easily print off extra forms as needed.  This is also a wonderful opportunity for workplaces to get in on a good thing buying holiday gifts for your staff.

Thanks for supporting this fundraiser and helping Wisconsin Homegrown Lunch continue to link the land with the lunchroom.
