Join REAP Food Group at Glou Glou Wine Bar for our fourth Flights & Bites, a seasonal evening of flavor and community at Madison’s newest wine bar!  Attendees can look forward to a fresh, farmers market-driven menu with meat and vegetarian options made by REAP's new Chef Ambassador Elijah Hipke. Wine pairings will be available for purchase from Glou Glou’s exceptional collection of small, sustainable winemakers.
Local Menu, prepared by Chef Elijah Hipke:
  • Grazing table with cheeses, pickled veg, dips , bread and crackers.
  • Local Mushroom ragu pasta with local pecorino and fresh parsley (meat, vegetarian, and gf options available).
  • Mixed green salad with maple shallot vinaigrette, roasted pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and pickled red onion.
  • Maple Ricotta Cake Bars with Honey Crème and Toasted Oats.
