REAP Food Group, FairShare CSA Coalition, and Wello are hosting a Farm to Institution conference in Madison, WI on November 10th and 11th, 2025. This conference brings farm to institution efforts, resources, and connections together from across the state to collaborate and learn from each other.
We’ll cover relationship-building, production planning and pricing, and the benefits of the many relationships that form in farm to institution pipelines.
We also host a quarterly virtual Community of Practice for organizations working on farm to institution programing to network, inform future conference sessions, and share knowledge.
